The Weather Channel's marketing/design team sought to enhance premium services by responding to rapidly changing weather conditions. I joined a specialized team to transform static designs into scalable motion templates for diverse ad compositions across social media, websites, and push notifications for premium users, specifically creating 15-second animated ads.

User journeys were mapped to understand the premium user experience, including how and when they would utilize the service, and the desired emotional impact. The following two paragraphs outline template ideas for each version.

When the final static designs were ready. We quickly put together a storyboard to think through any possible problems. By working together across departments, we made some detailed changes to stick to the designer's vision and make sure the message was clear.

Finally the templates I create , built from existing static assets, allowed for rapid adjustments to imagery, text, location, icons, and colors. This solution dramatically reduced deployment time, enabling a focus on strategic and creative aspects and empowering targeted, personalized campaigns across all digital platforms, leading to increased user satisfaction and revenue.
